Holiday Shifts - Dec 31 & Jan 1

December 31st  - Halfday. PMs can choose which 4 hours within their shift they'd work on. Floaters will only provide phone coverage. Edit reuqest will be relayed by the floater to the original PM.

January 1st  - Day off. Need 1 PM to man the phones.
