Ticket Formatting
Creating a clear & easy to understand ticket to delegate work to the editors is crucial in order for the editors to do their work accurately.
This will take a bit of effort from you as a PM, but an optimized ticket format will enable the following:
If the editor cannot get a quick clarification from you when you are busy, they will jump to another ticket they can address to remain productive
which will delay in the work on your ticket.
This is also one way for us to make the editors work as easy as possible.
