Confirm the Following Details
- Website Phone & Email
- Text Notification
- Collection: Keywords & Locations
I’d love to understand your vision for your website. Whether it’s attracting more customers, showcasing your brand, or simplifying things for your team. If everything worked out perfectly, what would you want your website to achieve for your business?
TransUnion Pitch
"I understand that one of your main goals in updating your website is to increase traction for your business. By any chance, are you familiar with Transunion?
TransUnion, the credit bureau company, has a directory software called Directory Control.
You see, the biggest frustration business owners have is number one, ranking on the first page of Google and second is getting online reviews.
What Transunion does is connect 90 backlinks to your site and quickly share what backlinks are; they are links on other websites that point to your website, thus increasing traffic and credibility to your site and improving your ranking. and what’s awesome about it is that it’s not just 90 backlinks, but 90 of the most reputable websites online that connect you to Google Maps, Yelp, Apple Maps, and every major directory. In fact, you know the GPS in our cars.
For instance, if you drive a Toyota, the GPS in the car is driven by its own directory and we get you into that directory online, which gives us another reputable backlink.
Again, the service is through Transunion. We signed up as a reseller, not to make money on the product but to negotiate a discount for our valued clients like yourself. Transunion charges businesses over $200 per month, but we negotiated it down to $44 dollars. it's like spending $1.40 cents a day but having these awesome benefits to your website. So, what do you say? Should we go ahead and add that to the website?"
If Yes:
"Great, thank you so much! This will make it so much easier for us to do our job while enhancing your online reputation and ensuring the information about your business on the web is accurate and reliable."
If No: Don’t give up on the first rejection, listen and agree, and try to push Transunion’s benefit one more time.
Next Step, Realistic Expectations, Input & Communication:
"I want to share what happens next so you’re in the loop. I’ll be working closely with [Partner Name] and our development team to get your site ready. Before you see it, we’ll have four managers review it to ensure everything is solid—great for search engines, free of typos, and ready to go.
That said, we still treat it as a ‘rough draft’ because no one knows your business better than you do. We’ll build it on a temporary domain so you can review it, share your ideas, and suggest changes. My goal is to make sure you’re 100% happy with the final look and feel before we move it to your permanent domain.
The easiest way to reach me when you need changes or updates is to text me. I’ll send you a quick hello text now. [Send Text Message] If you want to add a picture, announce something new, or tweak the site, just text me. Of course, you can always call or email me, but texting is the fastest.
Oh, and regular updates can actually help your site’s search rankings! Speaking of, is there anything specific you’d like us to keep in mind as we get started?"
Review Pitch & Our Promise
"Sounds good! I’ll reach out to you in about three weeks to review the draft of the website together. In the meantime, I’d love to hear your thoughts on our process. Do you feel it's a 5 Star Impression so far? "[Wait for a Response, remembet the Sitejabber 3 checks]
"Would it be okay if I sent you a quick review link to rate our service?"
"Now, since it takes us about three weeks to complete this stage, let’s go ahead and schedule a time for me to call you to get your feedback on the site. How does [suggest a time 3 days past the promise date] work for you?"
"Great! I’ll talk to you then!"
