Checking for the Day's Onboarding Appointment

There are 2 areas where you need to check for your Onboarding Appointments for the Day.


CALENDLY

  1. Log into your Calendly Account at calendly.com
  2. Click "Meetings", Select your Name & under the Upcoming Tab shows all your future dated appointments.
    There are 2 Event Types showing here:
  • Website Consultation: These are booked by your existing clients
  • Onboarding Call: Scheduled by Sales Rep Assistants and is what you're looking for.

BITRIX


  1. Go into the deal's Bitrix profile, scroll to the bottom, click as below & select "Project Manager View"

2. Locate the "Onboarding" section to see the onboarding date selected by the Sales Rep.

The Time of your Call would depend as follows:


  • 12 am:: You can call at anytime of the day
  • 12 pm: Any time after 1pm client locale time
  • Any other time: Strictly call as per that time.
