Checking for the Day's Onboarding Appointment
There are 2 areas where you need to check for your Onboarding Appointments for the Day.
CALENDLY
- Log into your Calendly Account at calendly.com
- Click "Meetings", Select your Name & under the Upcoming Tab shows all your future dated appointments.
There are 2 Event Types showing here:
- Website Consultation: These are booked by your existing clients
- Onboarding Call: Scheduled by Sales Rep Assistants and is what you're looking for.

BITRIX
- Go into the deal's Bitrix profile, scroll to the bottom, click as below & select "Project Manager View"

2. Locate the "Onboarding" section to see the onboarding date selected by the Sales Rep.

The Time of your Call would depend as follows:
- 12 am:: You can call at anytime of the day
- 12 pm: Any time after 1pm client locale time
- Any other time: Strictly call as per that time.
