Bitrix: Onboarding Call Attachment
The Onboarding Call recording that we attach to Bitrix is as follows:
The Successful Onboarding Call: where the PM spoke to the client
The 2nd Call Attempt with the voicemail.
If your 1st Call attempt leads to a voicemail, no need to upload them, since your 2nd call attempt may be the successful one.
Bitrix: Launch Call Attachment
Don't forget to upload the Launch Call Recording to the Bitrix profile once you're done.

If the client doesn't pick up, set a follow up on another day & update Bitrix History.
Remember that you have 2 objectives on Launch Calls.

- Client Needs: To start the edit works as needed
