Easy Edits

The Edit Team is currently experiencing a surge of tickets. For any edits that takes 15 minutes, please do it yourself to help elevate some pressure from the edit team.

Collections: Trivia Section

The Collections Creation Guide for the Editors to follow has been updated to include a Trivia section. This would enable us PMs to quickly refresh all the collection pages to bring it an "update", so the website won't be seen as stagnant or neglected by the search engine that it begins to fall in ranking.

We will begin doing this for our High Value Clients for now.

FF Calls Bitrix Automation

The FF Call Automation will automatically delete all Bitrix Activities, to remove outdated FF Calls and replot it to a future date.

If you need to manually create an appointment / reminder for your client, create it directly on your Google Calendar. It will still appear in your Dashboard Schedule, and would be safe from being deleted by the FF Call Automation in Bitrix.

Dropshipping

Dropshipping is when our client is functioning as a retailer/middleman to sell products from a manufacturer.

We can only do this through the following:

• The client has made this arrangement with the manufcaturer
• Us, setting the order confirmation to be sent to the Manufacturer so they can ship the order for the customer.

We cannot initiate this Business Agreement with the manufacturer on the client's behalf. The client must do this.
