New deals sold by our Sales Team will shortly be assigned to their respective Project Managers.
You will be notified that a new website has been assigned to you via Email, with a Subject Line: "
New Website Assignment"


Onboarding Appointment

  1. To check your Onboarding Appointment, go into the deal's Bitrix profile, scroll to the bottom, click as below & select "Project Manager View"

2. Locate the "Onboarding" section to see the onboarding date selected by the Sales Rep.

If a Date IS selected:
Ensure that this is booked in your Calendar. If it isn't, reach out to the Sales Rep to have it booked using your Calendly Onboarding link.

If a Date is NOT selected 
Reach out to the Sales Rep to have the Onboarding Date & Time added in Bitrix & booked using your Calendly onboarding link.

Your next step would be on the date of the Onboarding to facilitate the call.
