Connecting the Email to Outlook
Clients will sometimes want to integrate the emails we created & hosting to their Outlook Apps on their Computers or Android phones.
You can send the below email instructions to the client. If all else fails, you can direct the client to
help.emailsrvr.com to log into to view self help articles.
Hi [client name],
In most cases, simply adding your new email to your Outlook app would automate the server settings as shown below
If it doesn't, just pick a server from the below. Prompts to add them will appear if Outlook asks you to manually enter the server details.
Below are the server names, ports, and encryption settings to connect your mailboxes. Just choose 1 of the three.
Server Type: POP3
Server Name: secure.emailsrvr.com
Port: 995
Encryption: SSL
Server Type: IMAP
Server Name: secure.emailsrvr.com
Port: 993
Encryption: SSL
Server Type: SMTP
Server Name: secure.emailsrvr.com
Port: 587 or 465
Encryption: SSL
