• Check Domain. Old courtesy domains will likely have been auctioned off & publishing the website in Duda will not bring it live.
• Ask the client for any updates they may need
• Check if Collections needs updating
• Confirm Email Hosting

If the client wants to copy an external site (not a site we built) we cannot Replicate, we can only make it similar. Otherwise, we risk copyright infringement.

Set the "Launch Call Done?" field in Bitrix as Pending.

Unresponsive After 3 Attempts

Set the "Launch Call Done?" field in Bitrix as "Unresponsive"

Unresponsive by Phone, but Responsive in Email

Address the Launch Check list via email. All fields that are not verified, label them pending

As long as your get a response from the client on checking these Launch Checklist Items, you can considet the Launch Call field "Done"

If your Sales Rep is not responding to your referrals, send it to Justin.

Sales Rep should at least notify you of the outcome, sold or not.
