Notify on Cancel/Saves
When you have Cancel/Saves, regardless of the outcome, chat the Bitrix Link to Scott for now. We are creating a system to create a Cancellation Report so we understand the trends & create a gameplan to address these cancellation trends.
Examples on what to send:
