Ecomm: Manual Product Addition

Warren will give advise to the PM if a Ticket needs to be split or not. Warren assigns these to the most capable Editors. The decision to split a ticket will be based by Warren on the capacity of the Editor. So he will reach out to the PMs when an Ecomm Ticket needs to be split.
