As a new Directive from the Dev Team, we will no longer be using External Dynamics for the Collection. We'll be using the Traditional Display on the header and just deal with the client's response on it accordingly.

SEO Turbo is just an added fee where we will expand the Client's collection to add more keywords & locations. Traffic Improvement will not happen without the enhancement of the Collection.

Cancellation Call Recording will now have a field to upload it to.

Managing your Emails

• Long Edits
  Reply to the client that you're working on edits & that you'll let them know once it's done. You're buying time this way
  
  
• Baby Boom Emails
  If you know that a particular client has the habit of bombarding you with immediate responses, you can complete the edits right away, but schedule send your email at a later time, to free up time for your other clients. You can decide the appropriate time when to send the reply, either later today, tomorrow morning, tomorrow afternoon etc. So long as it doesn't take 24 hours from the time you received the email.

  Keep your emails organized,  & your Inbox clean to create a system of pending items to come back to
