Ticket Auditing


As a PM, you will need to ensure you audit the editors work on your tickets once they finish it. This saves you from embarrassment with the client & potential escalations from editor mistakes.


When there a correction that needs to be made you can either ...

  • Correct it yourself, just to got it done with.
    You can do this for a few minor errros

  • Reopen the ticket, for the editor to learn from.
    Reopening is best when there are too many mistakes.


You may observe the level of quality an Editor's got with his work. So you know which editor's got quality work, minimal mistakes, and a long history of careless errors. Audit as you need to.
