Sending Referral Emails to the Sales Rep, ensure you CC joanas@simple.biz & scott@simple.biz
Once the Sales Rep as confirmed the sale, as long as scott@simple.biz is CCed on the email, Brigitte will monitor payment & add it to your commission list that we send to accounting on the weekends.

If you want to follow up with a Bitrix Link (for new website sale or Smartclicks) simply use the referral email chain & paste the Bitrix Link & send it to scott@simple.biz

Approvals for Going Live
During onboarding, if you've identified that the client doesn't want the website to go live without their permission, add an instruction on the Project Notes field to Lock the homepage with a PIN 4321. You can provide this pin to the client during Onboarding.
This prevents a reaction from the client when we launch their website without approval when they specifically said so.
Dynadot Expiring Domains
Since we've been getting a lot of Expired Domains that needs restorations that's costing us $100+. We'll be having Bill monitor all expired / expiring domains in Dynadot.
We will auto renew all Primary Domains. However, Bill will reach out to the PM if the domain is set to be the alternate domain. We will only renew this is the client specifically wants to keep the alternate domain.
