Auto Forms during Coverage
When filling our automated forms, please use the email of the PM you're covering for.
Switchboard & PM Tagging
Here is how Switchboard will direct your callers based on your Dashboard Status

PM is Offline
- Outside PM Shift: Advise the caller that their PM is already out for the day & that they will be called bak tomorrow morning. Fill up the Submission Form & it will queue up on the PM's CB list.
- PM is not on Duty: Calls should be directed to the Covering Floater.

PM is Online but cannot take calls at the moment
- PM is handling task:
No need to tag in Switchboard. Advise the caller that the PM is currently with another client & that they will be calledback. Fill up the form as "PM advised CB".
- Floater that isn't covering calls for any PM at the time.
- Only tag in the Switchboard channel If a call is urgent.

Available to Receive Calls
- Tag PM in Switchboard Channel

PM on Break
- Advise the caller that their PM is currently not available but they will be called back. No need to Tag the PM in Switchboard & just fill up the form as ""PM advised CB".
- Only tag in the Switchboard channel If a call is urgent.

PM is OTP
- No need to tag in Switchboard. Advise the caller that the PM is currently with another client & that they will be calledback. Log the call as as ""PM OTP".
- Only tag in the Switchboard channel If a call is urgent.
