Also, don't change the Call Recording File name. Leave the file name how Click Dialer has saved them.

"Launch Call Done?" Field

Once you're done with a launch call, update the "Launch Call Done?" field.

The links the PMs have sent yesterday for Launch Call Audited have been updated.

What determines a Successful Launch Call?

A Launch call is considered done, once you were able to discuss the Launch Check list with the client.

We need to Prioritize Bitrix Tagged Deals that's got Chargebacks. These are usually the ones in the Red "Accounting Hold" status.
