Cancellations by Unauthorized Caller

When an unknown caller requests for a cancellation of a Deal, call the authorized person in Bitrix or the previous contacts you're familiar with to confirm if they indeed want to cancel. If they do, do a Cancel/Save then.

Joe had a client last Friday and was able to save the deal. The caller was likely the new web person.


In cases were you feel the client is a cancel risk already, prioritize their needs to prevent them from proceeding with their intent to cancel.

E-Commerce Bitrix Tag


Ensure your Duda site's that's got a store has got thir Bitrix "E-Commerce" filed tagged.

Apploye Idle Time

Time automatically clocks out after 10 minutes of inactivity (no typing or cursor movement).
There is no warning or notification when this happens, so may sure you always have visibility on your Apploye Play Button.

Cancel/Save 2nd Attempts 


If you feel that the client for your Cancel/Save, can still be saved on a 2nd Cancel/Save attempt, feel free to reach out to Lorenzo.

Meaning 1st attempt is done but the PM, 2nd attempt can be done by Lorenzo if needed.
