If a client is interested in these, you can be vague with the details, that we have different programs designed for Lead Generations. Simply tell them that we have another department that's in charge of lead generation. That if your client wants, you can schedule a call with one of the experts there to discuss this more in detail with you. Get a date and a time from the client for our partner to call them.

Do not, mention prices or anything specific. Doing so will give the Sales Reps freedom to offer either SEO Turbo or Smartclicks depending on what the client is willing to commit.

After you're done speaking to the client, make the referral by emailing the assigned Sales Rep. 

1. Tell the sales rep what the client generally wants.

2. Client Name, Tel, Domain, Date & Time for them to call

3. Provide a brief detail about the client's website / business.

If you have any questions, ask Scott or Joy. Do not ask the Sales Rep without confirming with Scott or Joy 1st.

Onboarding

1st Payments

When manually checking for your Onboarding Calls, always check the field "First Payment successful?"

If this is empty: Do not proceed with onboarding, and advise the Sales Rep that the set up fee is still not paid & that onboarding cannot commence as scheduled.

If the client has already settled the Setup Fee, this will show "Yes - Joana"

TransUnion & AMPify

We'll stop selling TransUnion to websites that's not built in Duda for now.

TransUnion

There is no App to install in Wix, and manually adding a client in our Localeze Account requires an annual subscription. We are still checking if a workaround is possible.

AMPify

The app is only available in Duda. There are possible alternatives, but we still need to explore those

Reminder
Location

Always depend on the "Area Code Lookup" app. Avoid revealing that you are in the Philippines. This could cause issues and raid red flags with the client that would lead to cancellations.
