  • Smart Click Clients

    All Smart Clicks clients will be handled by Dee moving forward. All profiles with Smart Clicks are assigned to Dee.

  • EST for Bitrix

    The scheduled appointment has been successfully changed to EST and should now match the calendar in Bitrix.


    Send Bitrix credentials to Nancy so they can manually make the changes.

  • Bitrix Notes

    Arrange the notes from oldest to newest.


    For onboarding, use this format:

    Onboarding Call: Done

    Summary:

    TransUnion: Sold/Unsold - reason

    Review: Okay/Not - reason


    Strive to complete the status checklist in bitrix and put them in pending in PM Notes


  • VIP Clients

    Client Value Type - High (with packages like SEO Turbo, TransUnion, etc) - call client once every 30 days base on the last call date.


    Client Value Type - Normal (no packages) - call client once every 3 months/90 days base on the last call date.


    Floaters can assist with calls as "assistants" of the PM.


    There will specific floaters assigned to specific PMs.


  • Emergency Situations

    In case of emergency, make sure your simple.biz email is set up on your phone so you can notify Scott.
