  • Inbound Call Waiting Time

    When Inbound Calls come in, Switchboard will wait for your reponse for up to 1 minute, before tagging it "No Response" and send it to you Callback queue.

  • Onboarding Date Issues

    For any Onboarding Date irregularities, document them under Bitrix History in case of an escalation.


    Example: Onboarding Call was missed due to non-booking in Calendly.

  • Callback Sheet Error

    When copying the data within the cell of your CallBack queue, simple click one then copy instead of clicking twice to enter the cell to copy.


    Entering the cell will mess with the formula and cause the details to vanish.


    If this happens, simply delete the contents of the cell that you just entered (which should be the the only visible data) and the rest of the data shoudl revert back.

  • Accounting Calls

    For clients with hosting payment issues, Accounting will be scheduling those via your Calendly Consulation Links.


    When calling the client, make it about as if you're following up on the edits or other pending items on the website, & simply give them a quick reminder on the hosting fees.

  • Calendly Hours

    Regardless of Invitee Time Zone, Time booked in Calendly will ALWAYS be EST

  • Attendance Punctuality

    Strive to Login & Logout as per your shift. This ensures you are not starting with a backlog. 


    If you are running late, has got power or internet interruptions, you will still need to advise Scott. 


    Ensure you have your Simple.biz email in your phone so you can still communicate using your phone.
