Attendance Bonus

To qualify for the attendance bonus:

• Employees must work a minimum of 35 hours weekly, specifically from Monday to Friday.
• They must also work at least 5 hours in a day during the weekdays (Monday to Friday).

While Saturday and Sunday hours will still be paid, they are not included in the attendance bonus calculation.

Weekend Shift

If you haven't completed 35 hours b from Monday to Friday, but is assigned to man the phones during the weekend, this will be included in the attendance bonus.

Orphanage Duties

Hours worked at the orphanage are included towards the 35 hour minimum weekly quota.

Below are the new rates for the different services we provide.

Due to the wildfires, let's not do FF Calls today. Move all the FF Calls for today and tomorrow to next week, Monday onwards.

Leave Application

All Future Leave Applications can be applied here, in our simple-resources website.

If a date is available, it can be selected. If it isn't, that means that date's leave slots are already taken. These are still subject for approval which will be email to you.

Quarterly Meeting Today

Time  4 EST / 5 MNL

Check your schedules to ensure you are available at that time.

Set an alarm for 3:45 to begin wrapping up any work you're currently doing at that time.
