Are now back online. Any emails within the last 48 hours should come flooding into our clients inboxes
Managing Your SimpleTexting Messages
Check Simpletexting at least once per day. The response time on these will be included in the PM Scoring system.
Outbound Texts
Once you send a text out, please close it. We have many outbound Texts that are left open.



Form Notifications
Simply Close these out

Clients responding to Form Notifications
Clients sometimes things replying to the notification will send the message to their clients. You have to inform them otherwise.
You can send the below template:
Hi
[Client Name]. This is
[PM Name] from Simple. Replying to the text notifications will not send your message to the customer but to the text notification service. To reply to your customer, you will need to open a new message and enter their number as the recipient of your message. Have a great day! -
[PM Name]

Unfortunately, we cannot add our SimpleTexting Number to Whatsapp due to the below error.

Delayed Delivery
If a client is following up on their website delivery & it's delayed (ON or PAST the Promise Date), provided that the status in Bitrix is in the "Review" stages, we can email the "Preview Link" in Duda, with a bit of disclaimer.
