Onboarding Coverage

Floaters covering for a PM that's out, when doing an onboarding call, you would no longer need to offer TransUnion. TU offers must be done by the assigned PM moving forward.

Legal Threats

When clients begin threatening legal action, PMs will need to stop all correspondence. Note everything in "Accounting Notes" and tag "Back to Accounting". Accounting will take over the situation until things normalize.

Attendance Punctuality

This will be included in the PM Scoring System. Logging in & out on time against lates, interruptions and unplanned early logouts.

We have talked about having a
Plan B for when you lost electricity or internet is necessary. Whether it's relocating to a nearby location where you can work, or having a generator.

Each PM will need to create their Plan B and send it to Brigitte please.

Rackspace Email Issue

We still have an issue with Rackspace. The alert in EmailSrvr is gone and a message shows all services should be back to normal. But we are still unable to login.

Clients logging in will encounter the error message below. When clients call, advise them that our Email Provider is already working on the issue. Keep a note of all your clients that have reached out on this and send them a text message once the emails are back online again.
