Let's assign it to Warren so he can control the number of tickets that Miguel is working on.
Call Recordings
We'll be setting our Click Dialers to place all call recordings in a Shared Google Drive file.
To set this up, follow the below instructions.
1. Download
THIS. Install, launch & Sign in with it.
2.
Find this new Google Drive in your Computer. This usually is on drive G:
Then see if you can Navigate to
G:\Shared drives\PM Call Recordings
and see if you can see the files in it.
if you can view the file in it, proceed to the next step.
3. Go to your Click Dialer & enter the G Drive path here. Close then relaunch.
4. Do a test call to your assigned Number below. Once done, inform Scott.
