Accounting Calls


As a directive from Accounting, any client that's got the below issues will need a call from the PM.


  • Rate Increase
    PMs are able to handle these calls better than accounting reps since we need to negotiate and offer our alternative hosting payments.

  • Chargeback
    These are usually caused by Service Issues, either from Devs or Edits/PMs. PMs would do a better job in identifying & attempting to solve the issue that would ultimately save the account. 


The PMs main purpose in making the call its to address any possible issues to save the account, & not necessarily to ask the client to pay. PMs can just end the call to remind them that our accounting reps will reach out to them regarding their specific payment issue.
