Name Change Reasons

Bry was kind of short for Brandon, your given name. 

Kenneth is your 1st name, but we decided to use your 2nd name Ivan due to similarities from other employees named, Kenny & Ken.

Jb were your initials for Joe Benson. We changed to use your official given name.

Kev was short for Kevin.

Jomar is short for your 1st & 2nd name John Martin. We decided to use your official 2nd name to avoid the so many John's in the company.

Jon V had been changed to your 2nd name Patrick, to avoid the so many John's in the company.

Ram was a nick name, we decided to use your official 1st name Reid instead.

Paid Addon: Social Media Manager

We will be having this soon. The service is estimated to cost at $1400 for now, but we will update you once we can offer this.

If you have any client that has previously expressed interest in having a Social Media Manager, list them down for now. Once this Paid Addon is ready to be offered, you can begin offering this by then.

FF Calls

Random FF Calls

We are temporarily stopping FF Calls until the end of February. You are still free to follow up on launch related items.
What we are trying to avoid are more cancellations because of Random FF Calls.

We are cleaning up the scheduled FF Calls in Bitrix & your Calendar from today until Feb 28, 2025.

Automation & Pending Launch Items

To ensure that you do not forget the Launch Items that you need to follow up, you can still trigger the now working Automation to easily create a FF Call using Bitrix.

Simply enter a new date on the "Follow Up Call Booked" field and a FF Call will automatically be created in Bitrix. You can begin doing this tomorrow, 1/30/2025.

Ecommerce Check List

Place the notes in the "Project Notes" field. This can be found in the "Onboarding Section" in Bitrix: Project Manager View.
