New Email Names

To avoid similar names & to have an easy to remember Western Name, we have changed the email names for the following PMs.

Bry > Brandon

Jb > Joe (Pending)

Jomar > Martin

Jon V > Patrick

Kenneth > Ivan

Mae > May

Ram > Reid

Your Dashboards, Calendly Links and Email Signatures have been updated accordlingly.

Should a client react, simply create your own alibi.

Example:

1. Sorry about the confusion, my work email had been changed to my 2nd name Patrick to avoid the other John's in the company.
2. Instead of using by nickname Bry, my email was changed to my official first name, Brandon.
3. It was decided that using Joe on my email is better than using my initials Jb .
   
   

Onboarding Reminders

Starting tomorrow, Onboarding Reminders will not be sent through chat any longer.
These will simply be added to your dashboard schedule.

FF Call Automations

"Last Call Date"

This field in Bitrix would no longer trigger the FF Call Creation. PMs will still need to update this as you do a call attempt.

"Follow Up Call Booked"

This will soon trigger the Creation of the FF Call Activity in Bitrix, based on the date you selected.
Giving PMs & Auditors more control on when these are plotted.

FF Call Activities in Bitrix will no longer be deleted when the Automation occurs.
