This will also send email notifications to the PM, Scott and other parties involved in monitoring these.

Remember that you can seek help from the floaters when you cannot tend to these.

We have discovered a more efficient way to bring updates to all the collection pages on our websites & will be abandoning the Trivia approach for now.

Instead, we'll be adding Blogs, whenever the FF call is due. Which means, our Dynamic Pages will need to have a section for Blogs.

Blogs can carry Outlinks that would be more beneficial to bringing updates to the collection pages.

All tickets that have requested a Trivia be added to the collection, will be auto converted to add a Blog instead.
