Onboarding Pre-Shift Checks

While we will send a pre-shift reminders for all of the PM's onboarding calls, you as the PM must check this from your end as well. This ensure that if we aren't able to send the reminder, or make an error, you are still able to catch it. The reminders we sent should not be the sole check as we know how critical our Onboarding Calls are.

This check must be the first thin you do for the day.

There are 2 areas for you to check.


1. Google Calendar

Anything booked in Calendly will automatically be added to your Calendar, and thus your Darshboard schedule (colored in Blue)


2. Bitrix

There are times that the Sales Rep will book the Calendly Call to the wrong PM, or does not book it at all. So it is important that we check Bitrix for any onboarding calls scheduled for the day.

Rescheduling Follow Up Calls

We have 435 Follow Up Calls that are still scheduled in December. Meaning these hasn't been rescheduled for when their next Follow Up Call should be.

As the PM, you must set the the Following every after call. Regardless if the client picked up or not, this is considered a follow up call completed.

  • Create a next Follow Up Call using "Activity in Bitrix"
  • Update the "Last Call Date" & "Follow Up Call Booked" fields in Bitrix
