Dailies

This serves as the Daily Checklist for all PMs to ensure you do not forget these in the busy-ness of your day.

These have been added to your dashboards.

The checkboxes are now functional and will hide the rows that you are done checking for the day.

When you start the following day, you just need to unhide all the rows, uncheck all the boxes & go through it for for the day.

Utilize this to take control of the different areas that you need to monitor. Such as Open Tickets, Bitrix Tagging etc.

Bitrix Tagging

To speed up resolutions for Bitrix Tagged items. Do not wait for Accounting to tag them back to you. Add the Bitrix Links into your Dailies Sheet & make this a part of your Bitrix Calls for the day.

Remember, all Bitrix Tagged Deals must have a daily update until we've reached either a Resolution, or the client has been Unresponsive for 3 Call attempts.

Ticket Monitoring

You may utilize the Dailies Sheet: Open Tickets row to monitor all your open tickets. Remember that you will need to ...

• To know when it is closed.
• To Audit it & correct any mistakes by the editor by doing the correction yourself or reopening the ticket and document the corrections.
• To advise the client that their requested edit is done.

California Wildfires

The fires in CA are still on going. But we can proceed with call CA Business Locations provided that their business address is not in the following Counties

• Los Angeles County
• San Bernardino County
• Orange County
• Riverside County

If they are, do not call the client and move the FF Call to 2 days later.
